1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("you"

thereon, including online courses and 1-1 coaching programs (collectively, the "Services").

understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are

prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the

top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the

revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Services Offered

We offer digital educational content (online courses) and personal coaching services (1-1 coaching

programs). All content is delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Course access is typically granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Coaching programs are

scheduled separately after purchase and are subject to mutual availability.

3. Eligibility and Accounts.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use the Services. By using the Services, you

represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity

that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are payable in advance. We use third-party

payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already

completed.

5. Right of Withdrawal (UK and EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a

statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract,

without giving any reason.

For digital content (including online courses), this right expires early if:

• You have given your prior express consent to begin performance of the contract before the end

of the 14-day period; and

• You have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital

content begins.

By purchasing and accessing a course, and by checking the relevant consent box at checkout (where

provided), you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of

withdrawal once access is granted.

For 1-1 coaching services, if performance has begun with your agreement during the withdrawal period,

we may retain a proportionate amount corresponding to the services already provided.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (where it still applies), contact us at [[email protected]]

with a clear statement of your decision. We will refund amounts due without undue delay and in any

event within 14 days.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of online courses are generally final once access has been

granted, subject to the statutory rights described in Section 5 above.

For 1-1 coaching programs, refunds may be available for unused sessions in accordance with the specific

program terms communicated at the time of purchase, or as required by applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including course materials, videos, worksheets, coaching

frameworks, and website content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other

intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your

personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works

from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute course materials or coaching content;

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying technology of the

Services.

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff;

• Upload or transmit any malicious code or content that interferes with the Services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR

IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR

NON-INFRINGEMENT. EDUCATIONAL AND COACHING CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES

ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL, MEDICAL, FINANCIAL, OR LEGAL ADVICE. RESULTS

ARE NOT GUARANTEED. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS,

DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL

LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES

SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE

CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT

ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees,

and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising

out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third

party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any

reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the content ends.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory

consumer protection laws, those mandatory laws remain applicable to you and cannot be excluded by

these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be

resolved informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to

the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Lisbon / your preferred Portuguese city], Portugal, except

where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede

all prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full

force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and

obligations at any time.
